Yes, you can cancel your order at any point and we will refund you for the uncompleted part or the whole amount if the order has not been started. Make sure to contact our support team before opening any disputes with the payment processor as that can result in a break of our Terms of Use and additional charges. Refer to our Refund Policy.
If you get banned for boosting when the reason is boosting, Boosting Factory cannot be held responsible because account shared boosting has it’s own risks that are sometimes out of our hands, however, such cases are extremely rare due to our team using VPN services to protect your account. Any other bans will be covered by Boosting Factory.

Yes, customize your lanes and champions in the step 4 in the product module, free of charge.
Yes, we can use the appear offline feature to hide you from your friends. The feature is activated by default and found in the checkout step in case you want to turn it off.
Yes! Everything you purchase on the site is guaranteed. The only exception is purchasing a duo boost where your performance is not good enough to reach the desired division, in that case, your order will be converted to solo (acc sharing) boosting or you will be charged on an hourly basis for the time spent and refunded the rest if there are any funds left.
Yes, we will always get you the exact or higher division you ordered.
No, when a division boost is on-going, any playing without a booster involved is strictly forbidden. However, if you play and lose, it’s not the end of the world, an extra payment will be required to compensate for the lost games and the boost will resume.
Win-rate guarantee depends on your previous season tier, you can see the win-rate guarantee right on the product module for your particular order by entering your previous season tier, solo/duo and number of games. In rare occasions where the booster fails the guaranteed win-rate, he will win 2 extra NET wins for each extra loss under the guaranteed win-rate. In a case where your account is placed 1 division higher than the previous season, the boost is considered completed.
You need to select the tier you were the last time you played League, not Unranked. Unranked is strictly reserved for accounts which NEVER played ranked.
For example, on an order of 5 wins a booster happens to lose 2 games. This means that he will need to win 2 more wins in order to complete the boost with 7-2 (total of 5 pure wins completed). Therefore, your win boosting will always bring you a division increase if enough were purchased. The same is valid for duo boosting.
After 5 wins, your account will in most cases be a higher division which means that the price is possibly higher, that is why you can purchase 5 wins at once.
Boost Delivery
Most boosts are started within 30 minutes of purchase, on days when there’s a large workload, it can extend up to 8 hours. Duo boosting takes longer to start because our boosters need to find an account in range of yours first.
You will receive an email receipt regarding your purchase and instructions on what to do next. Login to our website, find your order and talk to your booster as soon as one is assigned in order to start your order.
It depends on the size of your order, anywhere from 30 minutes up to multiple days, depending on the size of your order. We offer an approximate completion timeframe found in the checkout step on the product page.

Absolutely, contact us through Live Chat or Contact Form and explain what’s the problem, we will change your booster and find out what was the reason for the poor performance so it does not happen again.
No. If any booster offers to contact you outside the game and our members area, let our team know through Live Chat and we will provide you a free thank you boost in return. Please do not offer your contact details to our boosters.
