Yes, you can cancel your order at any point and we will refund you for the uncompleted part or the whole amount if the order has not been started. Make sure to contact our support team before opening any disputes with the payment processor as that can result in a break of our Terms of Use and additional charges.
If you got banned for boosting when the reason is “account sharing to gain advantage” or anything similar, Boosting Factory does not cover the costs of your account, however that has never happened so far! Any other possible bans will be covered by Boosting Factory.
Coaching is priced on an hourly base. Each coach has their own coaching methods, varying from VOD reviewing, watching your streaming and playing with you.
Boost Customizing
In the step 2 in the product calculator, check if self play boosting is available for your desired service, if so, press it to switch to self play mode (no account sharing).
Yes, in step 5 activate the streaming feature.
Yes, activate the specific legends feature on step 5 in the product module.
Yes, we can use appear offline feature to hide you from your friends. The feature is activated by default and found on step 5 in the product module.
Yes! Everything you purchase on the site is guaranteed. The only exception is purchasing a Squad boost where your performance is not good enough to reach the desired RP, in that case, your order will be converted to solo (acc sharing) boosting or refunded.
We will always get you the RP amount ordered or higher than that (in case the last match awards the booster more points than needed, free of charge, of course.
We prefer that you don’t, however, if you do and lose points, you will need to pay for the difference. In case you gain RP during the boost, we will boost you extra RP to compensate for your solo gains.
Boost Delivery
Most boosts are started within 30 minutes of purchase, on days when there’s a large work load, it can extend up to 8 hours.
You will receive an email receipt regarding your purchase and instructions on what to do next. Login to our website, find your order and talk to your booster as soon as one is assigned in order to start your order.
It depends on the size of your order, anywhere from 30 minutes up to multiple days, depending on the size of your order. We offer an approximate completion timeframe found on the left lower corner of the product module.
Login to our platform, find your order, open it and you will find the tracking part.
Absolutely, contact us through Live Chat or Contact Form and explain what’s the problem, we will change your booster and find out what was the reason of the poorperformance so it does not happen again.
No. If any booster offers to contact you outside the game and our members area, let our team know through Live Chat and we will provide you a free thank you boost in return. Please do not offer your contact details to our boosters.
