If you got banned for MMR boosting/ELO boosting, Boosting Factory cannot be held responsible for the suspension, but will gladly help you with Blizzard's support in order to attempt an unban. Even though the risk is very low (less than 1 in 100 accounts get banned), we cannot guarantee 100% safety. Any other possible bans such as toxicity will be appropriately covered by Boosting Factory. Duo boosting (no account sharing) is 100% legal and cannot get you suspended.

Refund Policy

Yes, you can cancel your order at any point and we will refund you for the uncompleted part of the order, or the whole amount if the order has not been started. Simply contact us via contact us page or chat with our Live Chat 24/7 team.
We can usually process the refund immediately, sometimes it can take up to 12 hours if the main admin is not online at the given moment. If your payment method was PayPal, Skrill or Bitcoin, a refund will be visible on your balance immediately. If you paid using a card, it can take up to 3 working days depending on your bank’s speed.

Boosting Services

Use any of our service pages and in the step 3 press “Play with boosters”.
Yes, in step 6, choose the Streaming feature. We can stream on any streaming platform, using our or your stream service account. We can make it private on some platforms, or semi-private on some platforms. If you want complete privacy, arrange the streaming details with your booster via our dashboard chat.
A NET win is what we call a pure win. For example, an order consisting of 5 NET wins means the booster will end the order with 5 wins in surplus. Meaning if he lost, let's say 2 games, he will have to win 7 in total in order to have 5 pure wins. (7-2 = 5)
Yes, in step 2 of the checkout module, select your desired role.
Yes, simply activate the feature found in step 6 of the checkout module. You need to select at least 3 heroes for the booster to play with, and you can modify your choices inside the order tracking page.
Yes, we can use Battle.net’s appear offline feature to hide you from your friends. We can also boost you on another server and your friends will not see you online, Skill Rating is transferred to your original region as soon as you log in there. This isn’t advised during Top 500 boosting as the minimum of 50 games is required on your desired Top 500 region to qualify.
Yes, simply request it from the booster during your communication with him.
This feature allows you to pay only half of your $500 or more order immediately, and half after we reach the 50% of your boost, or when you get the funds, we can wait as long as you need while the boost is paused on 50%.

Skill Rating and Placement Boosting

We will always get you the exact or higher SR you ordered.
A placement matches boost is the most affordable way to reach high Skill Rating you desire. The 5 placement games make the most impact on your placing and winning as many as possible is crucial. Placements are and always will be the most money-wise efficient way of boosting, fixing bad placement costs a lot more.
For each extra loss we will boost 2 NET wins per each extra loss, and for each draw we will boost 1 extra NET win, free of charge!
Select the tier from the previous season of the exact arcade mode that you’re buying placement games boosting for. In case you have never played that arcade mode, as last season tier, select your current normal competitive tier.
Arcade modes feature 10 placement games. If you were Unranked or less than 3500 SR in a previous season of the exact same arcade mode, we guarantee 7 or more wins.

If you were 3500 to 4249 in the same arcade mode previous season, we guarantee 6 or more wins.

If you were 4250 or higher SR in the same arcade mode previous season, we guarantee 5 or more wins due to extreme volatility in such high SR range.

For duo orders, where you play with the booster, win-rate guarantee is 1 win less than solo guarantees, with no win-rate guarantees for SR 3500 or higher.
It's not possible to predict your rating due to a number of variables and changes Blizzard implements every season. However, we operate on a win-rate guarantee and by buying a boost here, almost every single account ends up with its rating higher than last season. Completely fresh accounts usually end up at 2750 or higher.
Select the one you ended up with, but if you only lost rating by decaying, meaning the MMR remained high, select your highest before you decayed.

Wins Boosting Service

A NET win is what we call a pure win. For example, an order consisting of 10 NET wins means the booster will end the order with 10 wins in surplus. Meaning if he lost, let's say 2 games, he will have to win 12 in total in order to have 10 pure wins. (12-2 = 10)
Your SR will change after we complete the maximum of 5 NET wins, possibly changing the price for another set of wins, therefore, we need you to place a new order with your new SR gained.

Top 500 Boosting

Yes, free of charge if you activate Maintain rank optional feature found in step 6 of the checkout module. If you forgot, don’t worry, we can activate it for you after you contact us.
In order to qualify for Top 500, you need to activate SMS protect, it will reset your counter of games required to qualify to zero, make sure you activate it as soon as possible.

Unranked to Guaranteed Tier Boosting

The service lets you select your last season tier before decay, if there was any (or the season you last time played in) to determine your MMR, on the right flag you select your desired tier. A booster will play your 5 placement games and extra games if needed to reach your desired tier.

Boost Delivery

Yes, you can. You will provide access to our booster via your personal order tracking page.
Most boosts are started within 11 minutes of purchase, on days when there's a large workload, it can extend up to 8 hours. Activating many optional features or play with boosters could prolong the time to start.

It depends on the size of your order. In the checkout module, you can see the approximate time to completion. Ask Live Chat support for a better approximation.
Express order will place your order in queue ahead of all non-express order. Boosters will also play more games on your boost per day with no long breaks inbetween games.

No. If any booster offers to contact you outside the game and our members area, let our team know through contact form or Live Chat 24/7 and we will match their price and give you a Boosting Factory rank-up in order to obtain a better discount coupon. Please do not offer your contact details to our boosters.
